Day 12 of Give the Gift of MORE is all about Relationships — what I call the “Friends of MORE.”
On the drive to Sugarbush, Vermont, I reflect on the people who’ve shaped my life: old high school friends, a cousin whose son now shares a major and university with my daughter, a stranger-turned-friend who found my glasses in the ocean, mentors, teammates, neighbors, and the quiet constants who show up when life gets hard.
Plus a quick meet and greet with my NEW relationships, I put the Code of Connection to work as I meet Addie, Maya, and Finn.
I close by reading from the Relationships pillar in The MORE Effect and sharing a simple truth:
No leader succeeds alone.
